We’re looking for a PROJECT MANAGER (Telephony & Contact Center) with 4 years of experience to join our amazing team.

? Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead projects from kickoff to handover, ensuring they stay within scope, budget and timeline.
- Create and maintain clear project plans, including milestones, owners, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate IT teams, business owners, vendors and local teams, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Provide concise, regular updates to sponsors and steering committees, with a clear focus on decisions.
- Manage vendors and partners, overseeing scope, delivery quality, deadlines and escalations.
- Prepare and coordinate go-live activities, including testing, business acceptance, cutover planning and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance, security and data protection requirements are considered and documented.
- Capture lessons learned and help develop a repeatable approach for future rollouts.

? Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience managing IT or technology projects, ideally in telephony, contact center or customer communication.
- A proven track record of delivering rollouts or migrations involving multiple stakeholders across different countries.
- A basic understanding of contact center or cloud communication services; deep technical expertise is not required.
- Experience working with vendors and contracts.
- Strong communication skills in English.
