This is a Junior AE role, built for a top-performer who's ready to close their own deals, not by pushing a product, but by advising with substance and closing with confidence.

Command Your Territory: Own the full sales cycle in Germany, from first conversation to onboarded talent. Equip your HR champion with the arguments Finance, Legal and leadership care about, so decision-makers see the value, not just the price. And your HubSpot (or similar CRM) is always up to date.

German Native: Native-level German and business-fluent English.
