You will to take ownership of transformer and magnetic component design across our portfolio of mission-critical power solutions. You will be a key member of the Technical Design Leadership Team, driving performance, cost competitiveness, and supplier strategy for magnetic components used in industrial UPS, rectifiers, and energy applications. The role requires you to be present at one of our locations at least part of the time.

Lead transformer & magnetic design strategy Balance performance, footprint, efficiency, harmonics, and cost. Drive design optimization & competitiveness Ensure strong ROI through design-to-cost and sourcing levers. Act as internal reference for magnetic design (LV/MV transformers, chokes).

Bachelor

Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering ideally. ~7+ years of experience in electromagnetic design, insulation systems, thermal behavior, harmonics. ~
