Serras Collection is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Barcelona. We are a collection of luxury boutique hotels and restaurants in Barcelona, Andorra and Sevilla, each rooted in a strong sense of place.

As Serras Collection continues to evolve and expand, we want to further strengthen our marketing across the collection, building awareness, engagement and direct relationships with our guests while supporting the growth of each property.

About the role

You will lead the marketing strategy and execution for Serras Collection, connecting brand, digital, commercial and local market activity to drive awareness, engagement and direct revenue.

You will oversee the full marketing mix across the collection, working closely with PR, design, revenue, reservations, operations, F&B; and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and support the growth of each property.

RESPONSABILITIES

Marketing strategy & campaigns

- Define and execute the marketing strategy for all properties, with clear goals for awareness, engagement, traffic, conversion and direct bookings.
- Develop annual marketing plans, calendars and budgets for the collection and individual properties.
- Plan and manage integrated paid campaigns across digital, social, content, CRM, partnerships and relevant offline channels.
- Work with the revenue and reservations teams to grow the share of direct bookings

Website & digital marketing

- Manage the structure, content, updates and performance of all Serras Collection websites, ensuring they reflect the positioning of each property and support conversion.
- Lead SEO and GEO, aligned with key messages, market opportunities and the needs and search drivers of our guests.
- Optimise conversion across the booking journey, from landing pages to the booking engine.




- Plan and manage the digital budget and paid campaigns across search, paid social, display, retargeting and metasearch.

CRM & email marketing

- Lead the roll-out and development of the CRM, building a single guest view across properties.
- Manage newsletter planning, scheduling, segmentation and performance.

Data & analytics

- Own tracking, attribution and reporting across marketing and digital channels.
- Maintain dashboards and share clear, regular insights with management.
- Test and refine continuously through A/B testing, benchmarking and market trends.

New openings & local marketing

- Lead marketing plans for new hotel openings, from pre-opening strategy and launch campaigns through to post-opening activation.
- Develop local marketing initiatives that build awareness, relevance and relationships within each destination.
- Support hotel and restaurant teams with marketing plans and activations that drive awareness, bookings and revenue.

Collaboration

- Work alongside our Brand Manager, the design, PR, revenue, reservations, sales, F&B; and operations teams.
- Coordinate and brief external agencies, creative partners and freelancers where needed.
- Ensure marketing activity is aligned with the positioning and guest experience of each Serras property.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in luxury, hospitality, travel or lifestyle.
- A proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, with a strong focus on digital and direct revenue.
- Knowledge of hotel distribution, booking engines and metasearch is a strong plus.
- A refined eye for luxury: you understand that performance, aesthetics and guest experience go together.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish, Catalan and English.
- Analytical, organised and able to manage several projects at once in a growing company.
