Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the strategic procurement of communications systems for Airbus ADS platforms, leading cross-functional teams to secure value-for-money outcomes. You will build relationships with global suppliers and shape commodity strategies that align with program needs and technology evolution. The position offers exposure to high-impact programs and a chance to influence sourcing across transnational teams. You will work to optimise procurement performance, drive cost savings, and foster innovation within a digital procurement environment. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Establish, implement, and monitor a robust commodity strategy for the perimeter, including market understanding and cost drivers
• Lead and coordinate the Sub-Commodity Multi-Functional Team (MFT) to secure value-for-money proposals
• Manage supplier relationships, risk assessments, and supplier development programs (e.g., SED and Vendor Management)
• Drive bids, tenders,



and supplier selection processes, including make-or-buy decisions
• Lead negotiations and set up long-term contractual agreements with suppliers
• Contribute to Procurement and Value Creation projects delivering synergies, cost savings, and innovation Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Engineering, Services, or Project Management
• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent
• Knowledge of SAP
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in matrix environments with stakeholder and conflict management
