We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Stock Keeper to join our team within a luxury fashion retail environment. Rules and Duties:
* Receive and process merchandise, including deliveries, transfers, returns and other stock movements, ensuring correct counting, labeling and storage.
* Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system quantities.
* Organize and maintain the stockroom efficiently and safely, ensuring product protection, cleanliness and proper access control.
* Support store operations by preparing and replenishing merchandise for the sales floor, customer requests and transfers.
* Perform stock controls, including cycle counts, inventories, audits and investigation of stock discrepancies.
* Manage omnichannel / online order fulfillment, including picking the correct products, checking their condition,



packing, labeling and preparing shipments.
* Ensure accurate order processing and traceability, completing the required documentation and system updates and coordinating handover to carriers or customer collection.
* Report promptly any stock or operational issues, including shortages, damages, discrepancies, fulfillment errors or other significant incidents.
* Cooperate with Store Management and the sales team, particularly during peak trading and order-volume periods.
* Comply with Company procedures and policies, including product handling, loss prevention, security, health & safety and confidentiality requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
