The Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS) is seeking an HR Controlling & Analytics Coordinator to lead workforce cost planning, budget control, and data-driven insights. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will bridge HR strategy with advanced analytics to support strategic initiatives. You will develop and monitor wage bill budgets, KPIs, and analytics packages, collaborating with Finance, Legal, and HR units to enable informed decision-making and cost optimization.
