Experteer Overview In this role you will lead IT operations across Spain to ensure reliable infrastructure, workplace technology, telecommunications and cybersecurity. You will head the Local IT Operations team, align local needs with global IT standards, and drive the evolution of the operating model. You’ll support digital transformation initiatives, security compliance, and continuous improvement of IT services for stores, headquarters, and warehouses. You’ll work with cross‑functional partners to deliver resilient technology and business continuity, making a tangible impact on customer experiences and operations. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Ensure availability, reliability and performance of local IT infrastructure and services, managing incidents, requests and problem resolution.
• Lead and develop the Local IT Operations team with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee workplace technology, end-user devices, networks, telecommunications and IT infrastructure across stores, HQ and warehouse.
• Drive implementation and evolution of an optimized IT operating model, integrating local and global capabilities and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with corporate IT and security policies, support audits, and maintain ENS certification and NIS-2 compliance.
• Manage technology partners,



telecom providers and service contracts to guarantee quality and efficiency.
• Define and monitor IT budget, allocate resources and ensure financial discipline.
• Deliver IT projects, promote process automation, and implement proactive monitoring to improve performance and reduce risk.
• Manage capacity, business continuity planning and disaster recovery to minimize disruption Responsabilidades
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• 5+ years in IT operations within a multinational environment
• Proven experience leading internal teams and managing IT infrastructure, telecoms, vendors and budgets
• Experience in IT service management, workplace technology, end-user support (L1/L2), equipment management and cybersecurity
• Experience managing technology projects, suppliers, contracts, business continuity and disaster recovery
• Knowledge of IT security frameworks, ITSM tools, audits and ENS/NIS-2 compliance
• Technical knowledge in networks architecture, software distribution and Microsoft client/server environments
• Fluency in Spanish and English Requisitos principales
