Key aspects of the role Indirect Procurement
- Act as the link between Procurement and internal departments, understanding their needs
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize procurement requirements for indirect goods and services
- Ensure alignment between business needs, budget constraints, and internal policies
- Lead tendering and sourcing processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for indirect goods and services
- Ensure objective and unbiased decision-making, based on clear criteria (total cost, quality, service, risk)
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms
- Collaborate with Legal on the review of contracts
- Evaluate, select, and onboard suppliers through structured and professional processes
- Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks (financial, operational, reputational)
- Develop and execute category management strategies for indirect procurement
- Analyze spend, market dynamics, and optimization opportunities by category
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, operational efficiencies,
and process improvements
- Actively contribute to the company's financial and strategic objectives
Artificial intelligence

- 2 or more years of demonstrated experience managing purchasing department
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and English
- Advanced user in MS Excel
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or relevant field
- Team-worker, attention to detail, autonomous and proactive
- Knowledge of SAP
- Sharp negotiation skills
