Real Estate & Project Manager, Europe

Location: Madrid preferred or a major Spanish city.

The opportunity

Reporting to the General Head of Real Estate, you will take ownership of European design and construction projects, property and facilities management, and real estate transactions. You will coordinate architects, contractors, consultants, vendors and brokers while managing budgets, schedules, risks and delivery.

What you’ll do

- Lead refurbishments, expansions and new developments from feasibility through handover.
- Manage consultants, tenders, contracts, costs, schedules, quality and delivery risks.
- Oversee leases, maintenance, compliance, capital expenditure and site operations.
- Source new sites, assess opportunities and coordinate negotiations, due diligence, permits,



acquisitions and leases.

What you’ll bring
- Five or more years’ relevant building project management experience.
- A strong professional background in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to interpret designs, challenge technical advice and manage contracts, budgets and risks.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.

Package €80,000–€100,000 gross annual salary, plus 10% bonus and benefits. Pay within the range reflects relevant skills and experience.
