Conduct initial conversations to understand student needs and assess their English level Guide potential students through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience Excellent communication skills, an empathetic approach, and a positive mindset Fluent in English (C1) and fluent in Spanish (C2) Able to work autonomously, organized, and comfortable in a remote setup Continuous training and coaching Full-time position (45 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9:00-14:00 and 16:00-20:00 CET)
