About the Role

Atop Web Tech Limited is launching a targeted remote trainee initiative dedicated to supporting unemployed female talent in Nigeria seeking professional growth and hands-on tech industry experience. This program is designed to build practical skills in digital content creation, technical writing, and software quality assurance within an active development environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Content Creation: Produce short-form promotional, educational, and application walkthrough videos for internal and client software products.
- Technical & Marketing Blogging: Write clear, engaging blog posts and updates covering software features, tutorials, and company highlights.
- Application Testing: Perform functional testing on web and mobile applications, identifying bugs and providing structured feedback to the engineering team.

Requirements & Expectations
- Target Candidate: Female candidates currently unemployed and looking to kickstart or transition into a professional tech career.
- Communication & Engagement: Ability to attend and actively participate in daily virtual team stand-ups.
- Work Ethic: Strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively,



and take ownership of assigned tasks in a remote setup.
- Technical Aptitude: Curiosity and readiness to learn software testing tools, content management systems, and media production workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
- Training Stipend: A minimum of 100,000 Naira is provided upon successful contribution to and execution of a project, with opportunities to earn more based on performance.
