- C1/C2 level English: B2-C1, depending on the project Compensation: €1,300-€1,500 gross/month (paid over 14 months)+ performance-based bonus of up to €250/month, depending on the project Relocation Package: Hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Your Responsibilities
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
* Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs
* Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration
* Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
* Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
* Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution
* Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary




* Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases
* Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records
* Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction Requirements
* C1/C2 level of Dutch
* B2-C1 level of English, depending on the project
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
* Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
* Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
* Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
