Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to data science and AI work across varied client projects in the public and policy space. You’ll work with experienced colleagues to prepare data, test analytical approaches, build prototypes, and communicate results to colleagues and clients. You’ll gain exposure to the consulting process and learn to translate complex client questions into practical analyses. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights that support decision making and policy evaluation. • Clean, merge and explore datasets; write clear Python and document checks

• Hands-on experience applying data science in projects, internships, or commercial work
• Experience using Python from employment, internship, or substantial projects
• grounding in statistics and common ML methods (regression/classification) and model evaluation
• Care with data quality, documentation and reproducible code; familiarity with version control and collaborative practices
• Curiosity about client problems; ability to explain thinking in clear English
