What your day really looks like Around 120 Telegram chats, 100+ Teams threads and a busy ClickUp board. Everything is marked urgent; you decide what really is. Turning messy requests (new offers, API integrations, payment setups) into clear, complete ClickUp tasks. Chasing progress with developers, removing blockers, and updating the commercial teams before they have to ask. Staying calm and neutral when two teams both want to go first.
