Experteer Overview As Senior Change Management Specialist, you drive adoption for enterprise technology initiatives and AI-enabled transformations. You will lead end-to-end change strategies, partner with senior sponsors, and guide global programs to achieve meaningful user outcomes. You’ll apply proven methodologies, shape adoption through communications, training, and engagement, and measure success with adoption metrics. • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive adoption
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans including mapping and readiness planning
• Lead change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) for technology and AI-driven transformations
• Facilitate case-for-change discussions, impact assessments, and workshops to identify adoption risks and opportunities
• Define, monitor, and report adoption KPIs using data and user insights to optimize outcomes
• Design and deliver integrated adoption programs with communications, training, engagement, and reinforcement

• 7+ years of change management or related experience in complex global organizations
• Strong expertise in Prosci and stakeholder management and impact assessment methodologies
• Proven track record leading change initiatives for digital, technology, or AI-enabled transformations
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for executive-level workshops
• Strong analytical capabilities interpreting adoption metrics and user insights for decision-making
• Ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed, multicultural environments
• Excellent English communication skills for diverse audiences
