About VisionHarbor VisionHarbor is a ports, maritime and logistics technology company with offices in Málaga and Abu Dhabi. Our team has designed and operated the digital infrastructure of major container terminals and port groups. We develop VisionOne, a SaaS platform for terminal operations, and provide managed IT, OT, infrastructure and cybersecurity services to organisations across the port and logistics sector. You’ll join an international environment, working with colleagues and clients across Europe and the Middle East. English and Spanish are both used every day. The role As an IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist, you’ll join the VisionHarbor team in Málaga and take responsibility for the operation, support and continuous improvement of IT environments across the company’s client portfolio and its own infrastructure. You’ll work closely with users and stakeholders, act as a trusted technical contact for assigned clients, and contribute to VisionHarbor’s internal systems and technology initiatives as part of a wider delivery team. What you’ll do
• Deliver support across endpoints, collaboration tools and business applications
• Manage incidents and service requests within agreed service levels
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN and connectivity across client sites
• Carry out preventive maintenance, including patching, monitoring, health checks and backup verification
• Apply security baselines and work with our cybersecurity practice on remediation
• Coordinate with telecom, hardware and software providers on behalf of clients
• Maintain technical documentation, asset records and runbooks What you bring
• 3+ years in IT systems administration or infrastructure support




• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls and VPN
• Hands-on experience with backup, endpoint protection and RMM tools
• Working knowledge of ITIL service management practices
• Fluent Spanish and professional working English
• A valid driving licence Mandatory to be located in Malaga, Spain Who you are

• Exposure to OT networks or industrial control systems
• Experience with Linux, virtualisation (VMware/ESXi) or containers (Docker)
• Familiarity with open-source firewalls and monitoring tools
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or Security+, or ITIL 4 Foundation
