As an Architect at AECOM Buildings + Places in Madrid, you contribute to multidisciplinary projects across geographies and guide them through the full lifecycle. You collaborate with experts to refine design concepts, prepare documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance while integrating sustainable principles. You will work under a Project Lead to deliver cohesive architectural solutions that align with the program and client goals. This role offers exposure to a variety of scales and sectors, with a clear impact on building design and delivery. You’ll join a integral team tackling complex infrastructure challenges and shaping the built environment.

• Space planning, block planning and adjacencies aligned with building program
• Prepare and revise architectural documents across phases (plans, elevations, sections, details)
• Coordinate building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical) to meet design intent
• Assist in evaluating and selecting building systems and materials

• Contribute to specifications and basic cost estimation
• Incorporate sustainable design principles into the project

Responsabilidades
• Architectural Master’s Degree
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential), plus Rhino, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment
• Solid design and graphics capabilities
• Knowledge of space programming, contract documents, and contract administration
• Ability to supervise and coordinate small teams
• Business English proficiency; other languages desirable
