Experteer Overview In this role you will join Au0026amp; M’s Digital and Technology Services team to support technology-led value creation for private equity and corporate clients. You will structure problems, run analyses, and deliver actionable insights across IT and digital transformation programs. You will develop and present financial and operational models, and help manage change through Target Operating Model design, IT/Digital initiatives, and integration projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate delivery.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Structure problem statements and build hypotheses using internal/external data
- Lead discrete workstreams with robust analysis and translate findings into executive-ready deliverables
- Develop financial/operational models in Excel; create clear PowerPoint/Word materials
- Support delivery of change across Target Operating Model, IT/Digital transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and cost reduction
- Contribute to IT due diligence, integration/separation planning, and synergy/value creation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional Au0026M teams and manage client stakeholder interactions

- Strong consulting toolkit: issue framing, hypothesis building, data-driven conclusions
- Experience developing Excel-based models; proficient in PowerPoint/Word presentations
- Exposure to Target Operating Model design, IT/Digital transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and cost reduction
- Understanding of digital technologies: Big Data, predictive analytics, RPA, Machine Learning/AI, and Customer Experience/Omni-channel
- Experience with Private Equity or blue-chip corporates pre/post-deal
- Proven ability to work in international teams and deliver measurable tech improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fact-based problem solving
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Very strong academic record with analytical rigor
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; proficiency with AI tools
- Fluent business-level English; multilingual skills desirable
