Experteer Overview In this role you will support direct-material sourcing with a strong focus on cost optimization and commercial topics. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape supplier strategies and manage negotiations and contracts. You will monitor supplier performance and drive risk-aware procurement improvements in a global context. This position offers growth within a respected global company and exposure to International procurement initiatives. - Support TDC sourcing processes and methodologies to drive value
- Develop and execute sourcing projects with pipeline development and performance tracking
- Identify and implement direct-material sourcing strategies including tail vendors
- Lead or support supplier negotiations, contracts, and long-term agreements
- Manage supplier performance, including cost, delivery,



service levels and risk
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ru0026D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Sales
- Monitor supplier markets, assess risks and provide commercial recommendations
- Lead or coordinate supplier qualification initiatives from a commercial perspective
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement systems and processes (ERP deployment)
- Collaborate with European and general procurement teams to align strategies
- Investigate and coordinate supply risk/disruption management with stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field, or High School Diploma with 2 years procurement experience
