Experteer Overview
As Accounting Specialist you will support the General Ledger in Spain, handling daily closings and period-end processes across Spain and France. You will prepare IFRS and Spanish GAAP financial statements and CNMV reporting, contributing to consolidation and internal control improvements. You’ll interact with cross-functional teams and the Switzerland headquarter, driving policy alignment with SIX standards. This role offers exposure to strategic projects and a multinational, growth‑oriented environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Independently process and supervise daily closings and period-end closings
• Prepare individual and consolidated financial statements (Cuentas Anuales) and CNMV reports for Spain and France entities
• Prepare internal reporting and support Group consolidation; develop accounting policies per SIX standards
• Assess complex accounting matters under Spanish GAAP, IFRS and applicable legislation
• Contribute to and/or lead strategic projects (restructuring, due diligence, PPAs,



first consolidation of acquisitions, divestments, financial integration, impairment)

Responsabilidades
• University Degree in Business Administration and advanced education in Finance u0026 Accounting (e.g. certified auditor)
• 4 years minimum experience in financial audit (Big 4 or consultancy) or similar in accounting/financial reporting with month-end closings in an international group
• In-depth expertise in Spanish GAAP, IFRS and consolidation
• Knowledge of internal control systems and procedures
• Proficient in Excel and SAP; experience with reporting tools (SAC, Power-BI) is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; strong analytical, time-management, communication and coordination skills
