Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with the Adecuado Customer Profile (ICP) Book qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and activity tracking (Salesforce) Contribute to ongoing sales strategy and team performance improvements Proven experience in outbound sales development (cold calling, cold email, social selling) Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach (or similar) Fluency in Spanish, English (minimum one required)
