eunbs.com NEURO Business School is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Recruitment Controller to support and monitor the performance of our recruitment and sales team.

This role is adecuado for someone with experience in sales and recruitment who enjoys working with targets, analyzing performance, and helping teams improve their results.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor the daily and weekly performance of recruiters and sales representatives
- Track calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales results
- Ensure the team follows the established sales and recruitment processes
- Identify areas for improvement and support recruiters in reaching their targets
- Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to management
- Review CRM activity and make sure leads are being followed up correctly
- Help maintain motivation, accountability, and consistency across the sales team
- Support the improvement of scripts, sales processes, and recruitment strategies

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or sales team supervision




- Strong understanding of sales processes and KPIs

• Fluent English and Spanish

- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, reports, and performance data
- Results-oriented and able to give constructive feedback
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
