Experteer Overview
In this Engineering Manager role, you guide and develop engineers while partnering with Product, Design, and other managers to shape goals and technical requirements. You own engineering execution from planning to post-launch learning, drive predictable delivery, and influence technical direction. You collaborate across squads to balance business value, speed, and sustainability, supporting a mission to power on-demand commerce at global scale. You will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades
• Experience leading engineering teams in a product company
• Proven ability to deliver complex products or systems in a fast-moving environment
• Strong product mindset with experience in discovery and shaping product decisions
• Strong technical judgment and ability to engage in architecture and engineering decisions
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make trade-offs, and own outcomes
• Strong people leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
