As a Collections Analyst, you protect cash flow and reduce overdue debt across Spain and Portugal while delivering a high-quality customer financial services experience. You collaborate with Credit, Sales and Customer Service to improve payment performance using data and tools. You will resolve disputes, build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and support digital self-service initiatives to enhance collections efficiency. This role offers impact on cash performance and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, inclusive culture. You will help shape how we balance customer experience with commercial outcomes.

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to secure timely payments and lower overdue balances.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit control or similar finance role.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills; capable of handling challenging conversations.
• Experience with ERP systems, collections tools or customer account management platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with ability to analyse data for trends.
• Experience working across multiple teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Strong communication in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
