Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead quality on the Fuselage line of the C295, ensuring on-time, on-cost parts delivery while reducing non-conformities. You’ll manage a inspectors team and work closely with FAL, Procurement and MFT to strengthen customer satisfaction. You will rapidly address quality issues, establish containment and corrective actions, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to high-stakes production in a general aerospace environment.
