Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own the integral Free Cash Flow planning across 21+ markets, turning complex Pu0026amp;L and balance sheet dynamics into forward-looking cash forecasts. You will transform spreadsheet-based FCF models into a driver-based forecasting engine and partner with C-level leadership on capital allocation. You’ll drive working capital initiatives to safeguard liquidity and support expansion, while mentoring the FCF analyst. This position sits in the Finance Performance team at Glovo’s Barcelona HQ and connects FPu0026amp;A with Delivery Hero central finance to align methodologies and reporting.

• Own the global multi-entity FCF forecasting framework end-to-end across 21+ markets
• Master FPu0026A tools (Anaplan, OneStream) and ERPs (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) to feed the FCF model
• Mentor and supervise the FCF Sr. Analyst and ensure robust forecasting cycles
• Drive liquidity optimization by partnering with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and local ops
• Align country inputs to a unified FCF methodology and standardized driver-based templates
• Serve as finance counterpart to Delivery Hero Group on FCF, liquidity, and cash projections for consolidation




• Challenge assumptions and present FCF risks and scenarios to C-level executives
• Develop simulation models to stress-test FCF under major business decisions

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in Corporate Finance/FPu0026A/Strategic Finance with emphasis on cash flow planning and liquidity modeling
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling (Excel/Google Sheets) with experience building integrated 3-statement models across multi-currency structures
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, balance sheet mechanics, and working capital drivers (DSO, DPO, inventory)
• Proficiency navigating FPu0026A tools (Anaplan, OneStream) and ERPs (SAP, MS Dynamics) to extract and reconcile data
• Proven leadership and coaching ability to guide mid-level analysts without formal authority
• Track record of identifying and delivering cash-generation opportunities and communicating with senior leadership
• Excellent communication and ability to influence at C-level
