Experteer Overview
In this role you will tune, optimize, and validate wind turbine control systems to balance energy production with loads and availability. You will work with an international team to improve control strategies and ensure robust performance across operating envelopes. You’ll run software-in-the-loop simulations and support field validation for prototypes and fleets. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge wind technology and a path to impact energy transformation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own tuning, optimization, and validation of wind turbine control systems across operating envelopes
• Collaborate with functionality teams to evaluate and implement control improvements
• Tune control parameters for different turbine types and conditions to ensure stability and robustness
• Plan and execute software-in-the-loop simulations to validate control functions and settings




• Support commissioning and field validation, analyzing data to verify design compliance

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Control and Automation or Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in control system tuning, optimization, and validation, ideally in wind turbines
• Strong understanding of control theory and dynamics and trade-offs between energy and loads
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink; experience with simulation-based verification and diagnosing control issues
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills in a global team
