Role Overview As a Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will work alongside clients to tackle complex business challenges and shape meaningful transformation.



Depending on your area of expertise, you may contribute to projects across Enterprise Transformation, Intelligent Industry, or frog, combining business strategy, technology, data, innovation, and design to create sustainable impact. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand client needs, develop insights and solutions, and support transformation from strategy and ideation through to implementation and scale. Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a relevant academic discipline such as Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data or Technology.
• Strong academic record combined with previous exposure to consulting, digital transformation, technology, innovation, strategy, or relevant industry environments.
• Fluent English (C1) and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and a structured approach to solving ambiguous and complex business problems.
• Solid understanding of the role technology plays in transforming businesses, with a strong interest in areas such as AI, data, digital transformation, customer experience, intelligent operations, or emerging technologies.




• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear insights, recommendations, and compelling presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with clients, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• High level of ownership, intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in dynamic, project-based environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI and Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar), with the ability to leverage them for research, analysis, problem-solving, and day-to-day productivity.
