Senior Strategic Finance Analyst will shape Perk's long-term roadmap and optimize capital allocation to drive growth. Based in Barcelona or London, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate ambitious operational goals into financial outcomes. You’ll own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, delivering insights that inform leadership decisions. This role combines rigorous analysis with clear communication to scale the business and create lasting value. You’ll join a high-performance, owner-minded team that values accountability and impact.

• Own short-term and long-term forecasting models for leadership decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially go-to-market, to understand business developments impacting projections
• Support planning and execution of long-term strategic plan and annual operating plan

• Proficiency in Excel and complex financial modeling
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in analysis with judgment on human input
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and investment analysis
• Ability to work with multiple lines of business and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to take on new challenges and embrace feedback
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative field
