In this role you will lead production operations at the Mondelēz Viana site, driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets within a scalable manufacturing framework. You will implement integrated Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to build autonomous, high-performing teams and align with the plant's strategic goals. The position involves governance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in-class operations. A key hook is shaping a zero-loss, sustainable manufacturing culture across multiple lines and teams.

• Lead change/transformation across operating teams via IL6S, FoF, and autonomous/maintenance models to build self-sufficient teams
• Coach and develop Line Leaders; cascade targets and KPIs to ensure alignment
• Establish governance to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement with a zero-loss mindset

culture, capability, and operating systems for reliable operations
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Health u0026 Safety, Environment, and internal policies
• Oversee talent, capability, and engagement to build a sustainable workforce and partner with multi-functional peers

Responsabilidades
• Strong operational leadership in a CPG environment with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching, and team-building skills
• Engineer with financial/business acumen, project management, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
• Experience negotiating with unions is a plus
• Fluent in Spanish and English
