Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end Professional Services engagements in Madrid, aligning customers, partners, and OpenText teams to deliver outcomes. You will manage a varied portfolio, govern projects, and keep stakeholders informed across the lifecycle. You’ll oversee project financials and ensure delivery aligns with SOWs and product capabilities. You will collaborate across teams to drive successful customer experiences and contribute to OpenText’s transformation initiatives. • Manage end-to-end Professional Services engagements across the project lifecycle
• Lead a portfolio of engagements, from small to complex, including strategic implementations
• Own project governance and planning; act as primary customer point of contact
• Manage project financials (costs, revenue, Pu0026L, forecasting, margins)
• Strengthen relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, partners, and internal teams
• Provide commercial oversight ensuring alignment with SOWs, expectations, licenses, and services
• Partner with Sales and Presales to identify opportunities,



shape delivery, and contribute to proposals
• Represent OpenText and foster strong customer experiences and cross-organizational collaboration

Responsabilidades
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant analytical/problem-solving field or equivalent experience
• Excellent English communication skills; German is an advantage
• Around 2 years of Project Management or Coordination experience
• Knowledge of project management principles, governance, risk, processes, and methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile (ideally Scaled Agile) and traditional Waterfall approaches
• Understanding of commercial delivery models (Time u0026 Materials, Fixed Price) with bid/business development exposure valued
• Exposure to enterprise technologies similar to OpenText portfolio (IT Operations Management, Application Delivery Management, Cyber Resilience, Big Data, Information Management u0026 Governance)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proactive, collaborative mindset
