Experteer Overview
In this role you partner with Services and Value Engineering to drive financial strategy for go-to-market services. You own financial modeling, delivery economics, and key operational metrics to optimize services margin and utilization. You’ll translate finance insights into actionable plans for senior leaders, balancing cost, capacity, and ROI. The position supports Celonis’ mission to enable AI-driven business operations and scalable growth through disciplined financial stewardship. This is a high-visibility role that shapes planning, forecasting, and margin optimization across critical GTM functions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to Services and Value Engineering leadership
• Own gross margin modeling for Services and VE to identify cost levers
• Evaluate ROI of headcount additions, tools, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with Services and VE leadership on capacity planning and utilization models
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for headcount, program spend, and incentives
• Forecast professional services revenue recognizing milestones, backlog,



and book-to-burn ratios
• Define and monitor critical KPIs to drive operational and financial performance

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in FPu0026A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
• 5+ years supporting Services in a B2B SaaS/tech company
• 5+ years experience partnering with executive leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or quantitative field
• MBA or CFA a plus
• Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics and revenue recognition rules
• Elite Excel/financial modeling skills to build capacity and utilization models
• Experience with enterprise tools such as Pigment, Salesforce, and Workday
