We are looking for a Digital Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize PPC campaigns across the EMEA region in a fast-paced, international environment. You will play a key role within the Digital Marketing & Revenue Acquisition team, directly impacting business growth.
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Programmatic platforms
Monitor daily performance of EMEA PPC campaigns and implement optimizations
Analyze campaign data to generate insights and actionable recommendations
Ensure campaign strategies align with broader marketing objectives and brand guidelines
Report on key KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and performance insights
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve targets
Stay up to date with PPC best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends
Support automation initiatives and AI-driven optimization
Contribute to SEO and broader digital strategy discussions
Assist in building and optimizing HubSpot landing pages, including A/B testing and CRO
3+ years of hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns (EMEA or international scope preferred)
~ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads
~ Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
~ Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
~ Experience managing large budgets and multi‑country campaigns
~ Experience with landing page tools (HubSpot or similar)
~ High level of English (written and spoken); Google Ads certification is a plus
~ Detail‑oriented and performance‑driven

Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
