Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive quality for Worldsensing's IoT platform, spanning hardware, software and cloud. You’ll own testing across a Scrum team to ensure a robust, scalable product and great user experience. You’ll define test strategies, build plans, and automate where possible to report quality to stakeholders. The work blends hands-on QA with cross-functional collaboration to support growth and reliability.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Test current products, identify deficiencies, and mitigate risks
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems
• Investigate product quality to improve customer satisfaction
• Become a subject matter expert on assigned project
• Collaborate with Product Development to ensure consistent project execution
• Develop automated tests, scripts, and tools to enable CI/CD
• Identify QA bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Define and manage test cases/test runs and validate them




• Meet with team to align goals and provide feedback

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• Experience with Exploratory Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development strategies
• Must have experience with software QA tools and processes
• Understanding of Scrum/Agile frameworks
• Knowledge of or experience with BDD is a plus
• Passionate about IoT and technical challenges
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong analysis and practical problem-solving abilities
