Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead digital transformation initiatives for Manufacturing Engineering Work Preparation across Airbus plants, enabling efficient end-to-end processes. You will shape the ME Data Analytics Strategy and act as Data Custodian, driving automation and AI-supported decision making. You will ensure governance and data integration while coaching cross-functional teams in a transnational setting. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead digital transformation projects deploying unified platforms (e.g., MEGA) to streamline Preparation Dossier creation across plants and FALs
• Define and govern the ME Data Analytics Strategy and act as Data Custodian with Data Governance teams
• Drive process automation using RPA, Machine Learning, and AI within the Work Preparation perimeter
• Ensure compliance and governance by enforcing Export Control regulations via digital tools and maintain data consistency
• Provide technical expertise and change management support to local and transnational teams through digital coaching and facilitation
• Support end-to-end data integration across SOI,



BoM, Routing, and Drawings across aircraft programs and shop floor guidance functions

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Engineering Work Preparation
• Proven project leadership and change management experience
• Expertise in Palantir Foundry (Skywise) or programming
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence foundations
• Deep understanding of ME Work Preparation end-to-end data flows
• English at negotiation level
• Willingness to travel and excellent stakeholder management
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering in addition to related field (optional additional topics)
• Nice-to-have: Master’s in Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or AI; knowledge of AWS, GCP; RPA; ML; Airbus Export Control Regulations; language skills in French, German or Spanish
