• Spanish scale-up backed by Spanish and international VC funds, now kicking off its international expansion after achieving strong impact and sector leadership in Spain (proven Product-Market Fit).
• Business plan targeting >2x YoY growth.
• Combines proprietary technology (SaaS and app), recurring services and financed assets.
• Next milestones: cash break-even and Series A round in 2027. The challenge We are looking for a CFO to be the CEO’s right hand in leading the company through its next stage:
• Funding the assets and business growth: renting, asset financing, bank debt, working capital and public grants.
• Preparing and leading, together with the CEO, the next funding round ahead of international expansion: relationships with domestic and international funds, financial model, data room, due diligence.
• Turning the strategic plan into budgets and KPIs. Structuring financial control across a multi-entity, multi-country group. Your day-to-day
• Strategic plan: work with the CEO on its design, execution and monitoring, setting objectives, budgets and KPIs. Design and roll out the processes to build, track and update it across the company.
• Business control: oversee delivery of objectives across all areas, identify deviations and risks, and drive corrective actions. Profitability analysis by business line and country. Financial control of subsidiaries.
• Investor relations: act alongside the CEO as the point of contact with domestic and international investment funds,



preparing the company for future fundraising rounds, including financial models, presentations and due diligence.
• Structure and negotiate financing lines with banks and asset financiers.
• Lead accounting, invoicing, collections and payments, treasury, tax, consolidation, and reporting to the board and investors.
• Manage and grow a finance and control team of 2–3 people. Who we are looking for
• Around 10 years of experience in finance, at least 3 as CFO, Finance Director or Deputy CFO in scale-ups or high-growth companies.
• You have been through funding stages and international expansion.
• Hands-on experience negotiating with banks and financiers (renting, leasing, asset-backed lending, venture debt).
• You have taken part in at least one funding round and its due diligence, in audit processes, and have reported to a board.
• Hands-on experience building and tracking strategic plans, budgets and objectives across different areas.
• Strong technical foundation: accounting, treasury, tax and multi-entity consolidation.
• Analytical, rigorous and autonomous, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the character to exercise control: you hold teams accountable and know when to say no, with sound judgment and approachability.
• Equally comfortable in the boardroom and with weekly cash management: you think big and execute in detail, hands-on.
• Tech-savvy: fluent with standard finance tools/SaaS, and you use AI to boost productivity and automation.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Nice to have: experience in mobility, logistics or asset-intensive and tech businesses; public funding (IDAE, ENISA, EU funds…).
