Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at MIM™ is a full-time, hybrid role based in Spain, combining on-site collaboration with versátil work-from-home arrangements. The CTO will define and lead the company’s overall technology vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and product strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development teams, guiding system and solution architecture, and partnering with product leaders to deliver scalable and reliable digital products. The CTO will manage technology projects end-to-end, ensure effective governance and risk management, and establish best practices for security, performance, and quality. This role also involves mentoring technical leaders, building a high-performing engineering culture,



and representing technology initiatives to executive stakeholders and partners. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Product Development, with a track record of delivering high-quality digital products.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination for complex technology initiatives.
• Candidates should possess expertise in IT Strategy, including long-term technology planning, investment decisions, and alignment with business objectives.
• Candidates should possess deep knowledge of Architecture, including system design, scalability, security, and integration across platforms and services.
• Relevant experience leading engineering or technology organizations at a senior level, ideally in product-focused or innovation-driven companies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with modern cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are an advantage.
