To support the delivery of strategic projects with demanding technical requirements, we are looking to recruit a Logistics Services Buyer with experience in managing transportation services and procurement contracts, preferably within the defense sector or highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage tenders and contracts for land, sea, and air transportation services.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms in terms of cost, quality, and delivery times.
• Analyze bids and conduct technical and economic evaluations.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and legal teams to ensure contractual compliance.
• Monitor compliance with security standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Identify and manage risks in critical environments.
• Prepare reports, track performance indicators, and measure supplier performance.
• Contribute to procurement strategy and continuous process improvement. Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 4 years of experience in procurement, contracting, or tender management. Experience in transportation or the defense sector would be an advantage.
• Native-level Spanish and advanced English proficiency.
