What you'll do
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
• Design and implement talent, performance and career development programs.
• Manage and optimize our LMS and digital learning experience.
• Drive leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
• Lead strategic People projects and HR programs.
• Partner with managers to strengthen capabilities and support organizational development. What we're looking for
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Management,



Learning & Development, Organizational Development or HR Projects.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and learning initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and business-oriented mindset.
