Description Insurance Business Analyst with a strong technical and integration background required for a Benelux core system transformation project. The position is fully remote from Spain and will act as the link between business and technology teams.

We are looking for a professional with broad insurance process knowledge rather than expertise in a specific line of business, combined with strong analytical skills, a technical mindset, experience with integrations and end-to-end solution design, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience working across multiple teams and functional areas is essential.

Responsibilities include





- Analysing business processes and requirements.
- Translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Supporting fit/gap assessments.
- Understanding system behaviour, data structures, interfaces and configuration boundaries.
- Ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, architects, developers and delivery squads.

The consultant will drive end-to-end analysis across systems, identify integration points, dependencies, gaps and risks, and support solution design for payments, accounting, input/output management and data flows. They will work closely with technical teams to validate solutions, ensure compliance with architecture standards, and support implementation, integration testing, UAT and go-live activities. Additional responsibilities include preparing and maintaining requirements documentation, process flows, BRDs, epics and solution descriptions.
