Experteer Overview
As a Construction Site Coordinator, you report to the Project Manager and support all aspects of project delivery during the commissioning phase. You will help plan, organize, and track work across the project team, ensuring dependencies are unblocked and objectives are met. You collaborate with the PM, Logistics, Subcontractors, Service, and Client to drive timely delivery and site readiness. You will participate in meetings, regional resource planning, and progress tracking, while supporting QA, Hu0026amp;S, and process improvements that reduce lead times and improve efficiency.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Interpret and manage inbound OEM devices and site activities with the Project Manager
• Maintain and update schedules as required
• Report problems/risks to the Project Manager
• Attend meetings, take concise notes, and relay information to team and client
• Arrange subcontractors and delivery teams as needed
• Work with QA to raise and document issues
• Participate in on-the-job training and stay updated with site requirements
• Foster a strong Hu0026S environment




• Identify and implement improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, inventory, and increase efficiency and profitability
• Oversee subcontract activity and maintain preferred supplier performance statistics
• Perform other duties and oversee special projects as directed by the EMEA Projects Team
• Be an active member of the EMEA projects team and attend meetings as required

Responsabilidades
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Highly organized with excellent time management and planning skills
• Project management experience advantageous
• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Excel advantageous
• Site-based work experience advantageous
• Practical and methodical problem-solving approach
• Dependability and commitment to project tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Hu0026S knowledge desired
• Compliance with ITC certification program requirements
