About the role As an

AI Project Manager , you will make an impact by leading end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Large Language Model (LLM) initiatives, bridging business objectives and technical execution for the client's Research & Development organization. You will be a valued member of the

Consulting delivery team and work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, operating within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable, high-impact AI solutions and process redesign aligned to strategic priorities.

In this role, you will:

Define project scope, objectives, success metrics and roadmap aligned to business goals, including scope for MVP and POC execution

Lead

Agile/Scrum delivery , including sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination

Manage cross-functional internal teams and external vendors , serving as the central coordinator across business, technology, and vendor teams

Own end-to-end project health , including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality

Translate business requirements into technical execution plans with clear milestones and prioritized backlogs

Oversee delivery of

AI/ML and LLM-based solutions and process change from use case definition through POC and MVP releases to full production implementation and scaling

Monitor and mitigate risks related to data, model performance, integration, and delivery timelines

Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk and change control requirements (as applicable)

Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership





Help drive adoption of new ways of working

What you must have to be considered

5-10+ years of project or program management experience in technology or data-driven initiatives

Proven experience delivering

AI/ML and LLM-based solutions in production environments

Experience operating in

Agile/Scrum environments with distributed, cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to manage both internal engineering teams and external vendors

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., data pipelines, model lifecycle, generative AI)

These will help you succeed

Experience translating complex technical solutions into business outcomes

Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and responsible AI considerations

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills A background in Research & Development or experience in clinical development projects
