Experteer Overview
In this role you help deliver secure, reliable client solutions within SLAs, focusing on installations, break/fix actions, and hands-on configuration. You develop toward professional certifications while expanding business and technical knowledge. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, document procedures, and present to client stakeholders. The position offers growth in security-focused, cloud-enabled environments with a strong emphasis on learning and collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own larger portions of installations and break/fix incidents with low to mid complexity
• Lead problem resolution and troubleshooting during project lifecycle
• Escalate complex problems to third parties when needed
• Assist with documenting SOPs for installations and fixes during ops handover
• Compile and maintain project administration (Time Capture and stakeholder feedback)
• Conduct elementary presentations within the customer’s organization
• Take leadership cues from senior resources on relevant technologies
• Perform other related tasks as required

• Developing knowledge in security architecture
• Developing knowledge in ETL concepts and data pipelines via Terraform
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of web service protocols and high-availability/low-latency architectures
• Programming/language familiarity (Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, R, .NET, PowerShell)
• Serverless development knowledge
• Analytical thinking and effective communication
• Problem solving with industry-standard practices
• Data and system security practices (authentication/authorization)
• Event Driven Development and asynchronous operations
• Understanding project fundamentals demonstrated in installations
