Role Description The AI Operations Strategist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, optimizing, and overseeing AI-driven operational workflows across CoreFi’s banking and financial services platform. This role focuses on translating business requirements from financial institutions into scalable agentic AI processes that support onboarding, compliance, lending, payments, servicing, and portfolio management. Day-to-day activities include mapping and refining end-to-end operational journeys, defining AI agents’ responsibilities and escalation paths, and aligning automation strategies with regulatory and risk controls. The strategist collaborates closely with product, engineering,



compliance, and client-facing teams to prioritize use cases, monitor performance, and continuously improve AI-enabled operations. The role also involves documenting processes, setting operational KPIs, and supporting client implementations to ensure resilient, compliant, and efficient AI-backed financial workflows. Qualifications
• Experience in AI operations, process design, or automation strategy within financial services, fintech, or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of banking and lending workflows, including onboarding, KYC/AML, payments, servicing, and portfolio management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured operational processes, including decision trees, escalation paths, and control frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and data-driven systems used in modern financial infrastructure.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to financial institutions, such as risk management and auditability.
• Proficiency in using analytics and metrics to monitor operations, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Clear, structured communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting complex workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management) or equivalent practical experience.
