In this role you support regulatory evolution across EU, Spain, Switzerland and UK, advising on policy and raising team visibility. You will back the Exchange Business in Spain and Switzerland in meetings, engage with domestic and foreign trade associations, and draft policy positions aligned to business strategy. You will be a bridge across internal units and external stakeholders, shaping regulatory direction in a fast-changing market. This role offers collaboration, growth, and a chance to influence how market infrastructure adapts to new rules and trends.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Finance or Business Administration (Master is a plus)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in financial markets or market infrastructure
• Strong understanding of domestic and European financial market regulation with focus on Exchanges
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish and English; German a plus
• Ability to work independently under pressure and communicate openly
