In this role you will perform aeroelastic simulations to support new product development and fleet support, aligning with Design Practices and IEC guidelines. You will develop and run loads analyses, contribute to controller tuning and trade-off studies, and prepare certification-related documentation. The position focuses on delivering robust, cost-efficient wind turbine designs through advanced load assessment and method/tool development, with cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Execute aeroelastic loads analyses and controller tunings for new products, cost-out efforts, design updates, and fleet support
• Prepare loads inputs, create aeroelastic models, run analyses and perform postprocessing in the design loop
• Perform basic operability checks and frequency domain stability checks




• Update loads envelopes and hand off model/controller to MLA team for site-specific assessments
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop tech charts
• Deliver best-in-class loads mitigation and performance optimization to lower LCOE
• Identify opportunities for process simplification and tool automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate results
• Foster team learning and drive new methods for loads and performance improvements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Experience in aeroelastic loads simulations
• Working knowledge of aeroelastic simulation platforms: Bladed, HAWC2, Simpack, SDM
• Wind experience with loads assessments
• Experience in wind turbine control technologies, operability and validation
• Expert knowledge on wind turbine component design criteria
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional and integral environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
