Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the EMEA Credit Operations team to drive credit performance and strong cash collection. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to strengthen the end-to-end O2C process and deliver measurable improvements. You’ll coach and develop a cross-functional team, translate Credit priorities into action, and manage performance using KPIs. This position offers scope to shape processes, automate activities and enhance customer experience in a multicultural, international setting. The opportunity combines people leadership with operational excellence to support commercial decisions and risk management.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Credit professionals with clear priorities and workload management
• Oversee day-to-day Credit and Collections activities across the customer portfolio
• Monitor KPIs to reduce overdue receivables, improve DSO and strengthen collection effectiveness
• Manage order holds and other operational Credit activities with accuracy and efficiency




• Act as escalation point for complex operational and Credit-related matters
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting of Credit Operations and portfolio performance
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and others
• Identify and drive process simplification, standardization, automation and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations or Order-to-Cash
• Proven experience leading teams
• Strong understanding of Credit and Collections processes and portfolio management
• Experience using KPIs and data to drive improvements
• Experience in international or matrixed environments is an advantage
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
