Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the continuous-improvement and transformation agenda for DePuy Synthes Customer Service, aligning process excellence with governance. You will diagnose current operations, design streamlined future-state processes and ensure an integrated view of initiatives. You will steer the improvement pipeline, manage dependencies and risks, and assess automation opportunities after solid foundation in processes and data. This is a chance to shape how a major healthcare division delivers value at scale and across cross-functional teams.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own process mapping methodology and quality standards (current/future-state, SOPs)
• Document work steps, controls and dependencies across processes
• Prioritize the improvement pipeline based on impact, risk and feasibility
• Collaborate with specialists, managers, BPOs and partner functions to define requirements
• Identify steps for removal, simplification, standardisation, digitisation or automation
• Assess readiness for automation, workflow, process mining or AI-enabled capabilities
• Maintain and track the improvement portfolio with defined sponsors and outcomes
• Support sequencing of work, capacity planning and escalation of delivery risks




• Coordinate with Business Analytics on baselines, business cases and benefits
• Drive adoption through implementation and closure based on measured outcomes
• Ensure governance, compliance and adherence to policies
• Balance analysis with design and delivery workload to protect the pipeline
• Respect business conduct and SOX/compliance requirements

Responsabilidades
• Five+ years in process excellence, continuous improvement, project management or related operational role
• Experience in process mapping, root-cause analysis and SOP development
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and tracking benefits
• Strong understanding of Customer Service, Supply Chain or order-to-invoice operations
• Knowledge of automation, workflow tools, process mining or AI is a plus
• Graduate degree or relevant qualification in a related field
• Professional proficiency in English and local language
