Experteer Overview
As Legal Counsel, Privacy at Glovo, you will provide risk-based privacy guidance to enable product and business initiatives. You will support general data protection programs, counsel internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements, and help shape responsible use of AI and platform work practices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align growth with compliance and privacy-by-design. This role offers the chance to influence EU privacy strategy, adtech, and governance at scale.

• Provide expert privacy advice on new products, initiatives, and operational changes
• Support rider privacy and compliance with EU Platform Work Directive (PWD-A) and Art. 22 GDPR automated decision-making
• Perform and support data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify and mitigate privacy risks
• Advise on marketing initiatives and adtech regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
• Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy policies, statements, and procedures




• Manage investigations or enforcement proceedings with data protection authorities and craft mitigation plans
• Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to governance frameworks for responsible AI use

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in privacy with exposure to marketing topics and/or algorithmic management in platform work
• Excellent English; additional languages (German/Spanish/Italian/Polish) a plus
• Experience advising tech companies across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across cultures and functions
• Proactive with ownership and end-to-end problem ownership
• Certified expertise on EU privacy laws (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) a plus
